I use this in my truck and wow what a difference. My lower back used to ache during longer trips and now I can drive a few hours without feeling miserable after.

Cushions fit our Honda CRV perfectly and install took under 10 minutes after the cushions had inflated (they are shipped collapsed like a foam mattress). Limbar support does not shift position but the seat cushion does shift position if driver attempts to slide into the seat. This might be an issue for persons with limited mobility but might also be corrected with velcro or an additional strap. I gave this as a gift and the recipient reported liking the lumbar support more than the seat but being pleased with the support, comfort, and improved sitting position using this kit. Recommended.

The cushion is really nice, comfortable memory foam. My only issue is the back support is weirdly shaped for me. Too thin in the lower back, too thick by my head. Makes me feel like I'm being pushed on my neck, have to keep pushing back. I took the back rest off after an hour. Otherwise it is nice material/ construction. I'd happily buy more of the bottoms if you could buy only the bottom section

The fusion is great in all the right spots, however, I have a bigger thigh area then the fusion by a lottle, causing pressure points and a pain sensation occurs after sitting on it long. I do a lot of driving for my job, getting in and out of my SUV with the seat is a constant battle. However that I already anticipated based on logic. There is a bit too much lift under the front of the thighs, this can cause poor circulation for some people. Otherwise the design weight and feel are all great. I like the back the most, it provides the right support between my shoulder blades and lumbar area.

I really like it!! I have severe lower back and hip pain and while driving the roads in Anderson, SC are absolutely horrible loaded with holes and bumps which some causes my spine to twinge. The cushioning is plush and buffers the feel of the bumps. It is also not bulky pushing you into the inside roof. If I can install it anybody can. I would definitely recommend this purchase.
