We provide a 12-Month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What is Covered?

  • Broken zippers or buckles.

  • Seam failures or fabric tearing under normal use.

  • Significant structural deformation of the silk floss core (excluding normal softening).

3. What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover issues arising from:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Fading, pilling of the plush fabric, or slight compression of the filling over time.

  • Improper Care: Damage caused by high-heat drying, bleaching, or failure to follow the wash-care instructions.

  • Accidental Damage: Tears from sharp objects, pet damage, or unauthorized modifications.

3. What Is Not Covered:

1. 90-Day Quality Guarantee

We offer a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. If your organizer fails due to manufacturing defects during this period, we’ve got you covered.

2. What’s Covered

This warranty covers functional defects, including:
